About CBC Credit Services, Inc 

Both our Mount Pleasant and Monroe, MI offices were founded in the 1940s and operated as credit bureaus until the phase out of local credit bureaus in the 1990s. Our primary focus at both operations is third party collections.

The experienced staff of CBC Credit Services, Inc has a combined total of more than 150 years in the collection industry. That experience spans the entire spectrum of commercial, medical and retail collections. While there have been a lot of changes over the years, our job has remained the same and we remain dedicated to the task of contacting debtors and convincing them to pay their bill.

We are dedicated to using our experience combined with state of the art technology to provide you the best collection services available. Our goal is to do the right things on the right accounts and to form lasting relationships with our customers by doing our job well.
